There are no regulations here. However, it is your principal in the recruitment process who decides whether this is important to him or not. Sure! If you choose to train your entire team you will receive an implementation consultation! Stagger the consultation up to 3 months after the end of the training. The supervisor will not only answer questions but will help you implement the concept of organizing training in accordance with the culture of your organization. Even VOD training can be tailor-made!

How to recover the password?
If you have forgotten your account password you can easily recover it. All you have to do is click the “Login” button, which is located in the main menu, and then the “Forgot your password?” button. You will then see a form where you will need to enter your name or the email address you used to create your account. Once you have done this, click the “Set new password” button. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you click it, you will see a form where you have to enter your new password and then save it.
I want to report an error. How to do it?

What to do when the website doesn’t work?

I did not receive a certificate. What can I do?
First of all, make sure the course is completed. The training description should include information on the minimum pass rate for the course. You can receive a certificate after completing a specific quiz or the entire training course – depending on its specifications. In case you still haven’t received your certificate, use the contact information from the “Contact Us” tab and get in touch with us.

A portion of the material to be mastered within the module. After some lessons there is a Quiz that verifies the degree of knowledge and skills you have mastered.

This is the range of topics covered in the course. You complete the modules in the order we planned, so that your knowledge grows based on the entire educational path. An evaluation questionnaire awaits you after each module, verifying your knowledge and skills.
Course level
Our courses are at 4 levels, you can choose the right level for YOU – take a survey. Or opt for a comprehensive Course. Intro: the goal is to introduce you to the topic, and introduce you to our trainers. At this level, the content is given in a very accessible way, so as to build your idea of what challenges you will face when conducting training, workshops or lessons. Fundamentals: as the name suggests, at this level we build your solid foundation for the profession of coaching, training in courses and training. We will introduce you to professional vocabulary, scientific theories that are classic in adult education. We are committed to being a substantive partner in discussions about adult education. At this level, we give you practical tasks to solve on your own, such as: naming the right language for the challenges we describe, or deciding on a strategy to act in a specific situation that may occur in the training you conduct, workshops or classes with students. Advanced: At this level there is content that you will understand, fully integrate if you already have experience in the training room, or experience working with groups, teams. Here we put in front of you complex Cases where you use theoretical concepts, learned models, strategies combine them with the rationale flowing from the specifics of the described situations and select the most effective actions, adding from yourself your own strategy. At this level we strongly shape your individual workbench, built on your strengths.
